Scott Glass began his professional real estate career in 2010. Through hard work, an expert knack for spotting local real estate trends, and a dedication to always serving his clients’ best interests, Scott has steadily risen through the ranks of Richmond Realtors® to become one of the local industry’s top producers. Scott hones his skill set through integrity, determination, and honesty. He has helped numerous homeowners and real estate investors buy, sell, and lease properties in the Richmond area. His commitment to providing his clients with actionable investment advice has helped him to win multiple real estate awards, as well as the trust of his clients.Scott’s involvement in Virginia real estate started 21 years ago when he and his wife first moved to Washington, DC to attend the graduate school at George Washington University.
After his studies, Scott moved to Richmond, where he began work as a forensics analyst. 15+ years and one child later, Scott decided to jump at the opportunity to provide for his family, spend more time with his young son, and focus on his passion for helping individuals find their dream homes. To this day, he loves the opportunity of working with both seasoned homeowners and first time home buyers. No matter a client’s real estate experience, Scott is always ready to provide helpful advice and knowledgeable answers to even the trickiest of real estate questions. As part of this dedication to continuous education, in 2015 Scott obtained his e-PRO® certification. This designation lets clients know that Scott is adept at using the Internet and its various online platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, for business and marketing purposes. In 2015 he also earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, which highlights his abilities as a buyer specialist. He is an active member of PRO (Professionals Referral Organization) Richmond, Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce, and the Midlothian Business Alliance.
Bi-annually Scott diligently completes an additional 16 hours of continuing education in accredited National Association of Realtors® courses. Scott believes that real estate is one of the most important journeys that an individual, couple, or family can take in life. With this in mind, he spends time giving back to his local community.

For every home that Scott sells he donates $100 to a local charity.
